Since the end of February, Binance has recorded a clear resurgence in XRP activity — a pattern that Darkfost identifies as consistent with gradual accumulation rather than distribution. This is retail and semi-institutional capital making a deliberate decision: withdrawing XRP from the exchange, moving it into private custody, and removing it from the available sell-side pool.
